教育經(jīng)歷:1986.7獲華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位;碩士研究生(1988.9-1991.7)就讀于復(fù)旦大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院(原上海醫(yī)科大學(xué))營(yíng)養(yǎng)與食品衛(wèi)生專業(yè);2004年獲武漢大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院博士學(xué)位。
社會(huì)兼職:湖北省營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)、湖北省預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)理事、湖北省毒理學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事、武漢市營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng);中國(guó)毒理學(xué)會(huì)免疫專業(yè)委員會(huì)理事;國(guó)家自然基金評(píng)審專家、湖北省食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估專家組專家.
主要學(xué)術(shù)成果:獲省級(jí)科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)、省/校級(jí)高教優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),在權(quán)威期刊上發(fā)表科研論文120余篇,其中SCI收錄30余篇。主編或參編人民衛(wèi)生出版社教材6部、其他專著5部.
